Turkish cucumbers
Instructions
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into very thin slices with the tool to the potato chips, put them in a colander, salt and leave them to lose water for an hour.
Dry well, then season with ground pepper, yoghurt, vinegar and oil.

- 3 cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons of whole yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
