Instructions
Remove the CAP to tartine and dug the Crumb.
Mounted to foam 120 g soft butter, add salt and pepper and a ground unit.
Then split it into two equal parts.
In a bowl mix the Pate, with a tablespoon of brandy to make it creamy, then embed a piece of butter.
Put the ham in the mixer with 2-3 tablespoons of cream; reduce it in cream, combine it with butter, then passed through a sieve to make everything more velvety and finally into a pocket for desserts with a star nozzle and spremetene eight Tufts in as many canapés.
Clean the Insert pocket, the mixture of paté and retry the operation.
Decorate as desired or close the baskets of bread with blanking plugs.
