Instructions
Cook the mushrooms and Pork fillet in the skillet, using a little butter and a pinch of salt (the ventresca can also be cooked without seasoning under fat free): during cooking, do not delete the liquid that will be formed by both fungi and ventresca.
Meanwhile, Grill and a few slices of bread, homemade if possible.
Finally, place the mushrooms and the ventresca on bread, along with the liquid and cooking fat, which are fundamental to tie the dish well to bread.
The same recipe you can then fill in with boiled broccoli in water, also from place on slices of toasted bread.
This is one of the most common versions, but it is a simple dish, belonging to the poorest and popular tradition, the mode of preparation are quite variable and change depending on who prepares habits.
