Gorgonzola baskets
Instructions
Diced chopped peeled Apple.
Thin sliced celery (retaining some leaf vegetables).
Do you also private gorgonzola cubes of crust.
Melt 20 g of butter in a pan, add apples and saltatele for 3 minutes.
Place the raisins, celery, add salt and cook for another 3 minutes, turn and add the gorgonzola.
Brush a sheet of filopasta with the rest of the melted butter, then join the other sheet and cut out 12 9 cm diskettes.
Arrange in 12 straight and low stencils and pour the filling.
Bake at 200 degrees for 6-7 minutes until golden.
Garnish the baskets with sliced celery and serve.

- 2 sheets of frozen filopasta
- 1 heart of celery green
- 1 mela renetta
- 120 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 10 g of sultanas
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
