Mussels arraganate
Instructions
Clean exterior shells and open the mussels in half. In a baking sheet that contains non-overlapping tiles, put a little olive oil and then a layer of mussels. Beat the egg with cheese, pepper and parsley and pour spoon mussels. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and combine oil again. Bake at 250° for 20 minutes or until the chicken becomes Golden, but not make them dry too.

- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons grated pecorino romano cheese
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- oil and pepper (s.q.)
