Cauliflower in salad (2)
Instructions
Boil the cauliflower florets.
Al dente, drain and let cool in a bowl.
Hard boil the eggs, peel when warm and chop.
Water, chop anchovies together with the eggs and put them in the bowl.
Add a tablespoon of capers, washed and dried, a dozen black olives pitted and cut into four.
Stir.
Prepare a vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper.
Pour on salad, and after 10 minutes, serve.

- 1 small cauliflower
- 4 salted anchovies
- 2 eggs
- Chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 10 pitted black olives
- Wine vinegar
