Prawns au gratin with Breading of pistachios
Instructions
Turn oven to 200 degrees.
Shell the shrimp and remove the heads.
Rinse well, dry it thoroughly with kitchen paper and keep them a few minutes aside.
Brush lightly with oil a baking dish from oven; Alternatively, cover the bottom of the baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, prepare the Breading with breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, finely chopped garlic, oregano, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper and pistachio.
Mix well the Breading and pass one by one the jumbo shrimp, making sure that the batter is uniform and homogeneous.
Spread on the bottom of the baking dish a very light layer of breading, then the shrimp, without superimposing them. Before you bake, deploy on prawns an additional thin layer of Breading and a tablespoon of oil.
Pass in hot oven and simultaneously turn on the grill. After about 5 minutes, however, as soon as the Breading will have taken on color, remove from the oven and serve hot.
