Clean cauliflower, then split it into florets and boil them in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes.
Drain and let cool.
After, put them in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry the florets in butter, rigirandole, so that they are evenly golden brown.
Before serving, put them on a paper towel.
