Fried cauliflower (2)
Instructions
Clean, wash and cut the cauliflower in small bunches rather big using only the florets.
Cook the flowers al dente in salted water for 10 minutes, drain and allow to cool.
Whisk together the egg, egg yolk and salt.
Dip the cauliflower first clusters in beaten egg, then in flour, and finally in breadcrumbs and place them in the hot oil.
Check them out only when they are golden and salt well.

- 1 cauliflower from 1000 g
- 1 egg
- 1 egg whites
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
- Salt
