Cauliflower au gratin
Instructions
Divide the cauliflower florets and boil them al dente, drain well (even better if the boil to steam).
Grease an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and put the florets of cauliflower.
Cover with cream and plenty of grated cheese and passed in hot oven to bake for about 10 minutes.
