Baked cauliflower
Instructions
Clean cauliflower, divide it into florets and retain more tender leaves.
Boil florets and leaves in salted water and drain remaining cooking water.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil stemperarvi the flour, mixing well, pour little by little 80 cl water from cooking the cauliflower and stir by bringing to a boil; season the sauce with nutmeg.
Combine ricotta and chopped cauliflower leaves, stir and condirvi the florets.
Place the mixture in a pan greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven.

- 250 g of ricotta
- Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

- Olive oil
