Curried cauliflower
Instructions
Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water until al dente.
Brown the chopped onion in the butter and oil, then add the cauliflower, stir, and season with curry and, after a moment, add the broth.
Cook covered and sweet fire for 20 minutes.
Season with salt, then add the cream and mix.
Serve with your sauce and Parmesan.

- 1 approximately 1000 g cauliflower
- 40 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of curry
- A Few Tablespoons Broth =
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of parmigiano
- Salt
