Pork casserole
Instructions
Deprive the Bacon rind, cut in thin slices, while dividing each into 3 parts.
Peel and cut the onion slices and sliced peppers, Peel and divide apples into wedges.
Divide the ingredients in layers, starting and ending with the bacon in a pan.
Lightly salt each layer and add 2 glasses of water.
Let simmer covered for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley.
