Carpaccio with arugula
Instructions
Chop the leaves of Arugula, wash them and dry them.
Cut the Parmesan wafer-thin.
Arrange the slices of meat on a serving dish, seasoning them with the lemon juice, oil and salt, sprinkle the Arugula and parmesan and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of beef into thin slices
- 2 bunches of arugula salad
- 100 g of parmigiano
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
