Carpaccio with basil
Instructions
Chops everything and pour the sauce over the slices of beef carpaccio.
Let rest in refrigerator for half an hour and serve well chilled, accompanied by steamed new potatoes in a salad, flavored with chopped parsley.

- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped pine nuts (optional)
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Olive oil extra virgin
