Instructions
Scrape clean the carrots and cut them to diskettes.
Fry them in butter with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Just Brown, wet them with white wine and let finish cooking, if necessary, adding a few tablespoons of water.

- 500 g of carrots
- 50 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
