Steamed artichokes
Instructions
Remove the artichokes and let them in salted water with lemon for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan bring to a boil 2 litres of water, place over the appropriate grid to steaming after having placed the artichokes in which you will be entering a chopped mixture of parsley, garlic, salt and a little oil.
Cover with inverted Bowl with suction handle, having dusted with salt.
Bake 20 minutes.
