Artichokes with Cheese (Carciofi al Pecorino)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut them into wedges and put them in salted water with lemon.
In a Pan fry the garlic in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and add the artichokes.
Add salt, cover and simmer at low heat for 30 minutes.
Wet, if necessary, with a little hot water.
When cooked arrange in serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley, pecorino and flakes to the crumbled bread crumbs.
Stir and serve immediately.
