Artichokes with egg
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut into small slices and rinse in water acidulated with lemon juice.
In a pan heat 4 tablespoons oil and FRY artichokes.
Salt, soak them in a little broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Chop garlic and parsley and sprinkle with chopped artichokes.
Add more broth and cook for 25 minutes over low heat.
Beat the egg yolks and combine them with artichokes stirring well to thicken them not.
Serve immediately.

- 6 artichokes
- 1 lemon
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Broth
- Salt
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
