Small squids alla sorrentina
Instructions
Clean, wash and dry your baby squid, then cut them into rings.
Fire place a large pan with the olive oil, the garlic cloves peeled and whole; Let them Brown and, as they become browned, add tomatoes, previously deprived of skin and seeds.
Savoury pies, flavored with a bit of chopped Chili, add the pine nuts, raisins, found first in boiling water, the pitted olives and walnuts.
Cook for a few minutes, all the ingredients together, then add the squid, cover the Pan and simmer at moderate heat for about 1 hour.
Serve hot, accompanied with fried bread croutons, dunked in the tasty sauce.

- 800 g of squid
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- Salt
- 1 bit of chili
- 25 g of pine nuts
- 25 g of sultanas
- 25 g of walnut kernels
- 50 g of pitted green olives
- Fried bread croutons
