Small squids with radicchio
Instructions
Let soften the bread in cold water.
Mince the garlic.
Radicchio blanched in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze it well and finely.
Put it in a bowl, then add the parsley, garlic, bread, first wrung, salt and pepper and mix well.
Fill the squid with the mixture, cover them with a toothpick and place in a baking dish greased.
Brush with oil, spolverizzateli with the breadcrumbs and cook in the oven already warm at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Chopped salads, when done in a bowl with sprouts, oil, hazelnuts and a pinch of salt and roundtrip on a serving dish.
Settle on the squid and serve.

- 1 head of radicchio di castelfranco

- 1 tablespoon of hazelnuts
