Instructions
Fry the garlic and chopped parsley in 4 tablespoons oil.
sprayed with lemon juice, add the pitted olives and chopped anchovies and water.
Cover and let stand for 4/5 minutes over low heat.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and add them to the sauce when cooked.
Drain the bucatini al dente and stir-fry with the prepared sauce, along with 3 tablespoons of the cooking water.
Serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta bucatini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 50 g of green olives
- 2 salted anchovies
- 50 g of mushrooms in olive oil
