Sliced beef with mushrooms
Instructions
Cut the fillet into 4 pieces from 200 g each. Heat very well on a cast iron pan and scottatevi fillets, 2 minutes per side. Add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the fillets with a full-bodied red wine, add the chopped parsley. Cook for another two minutes.
In the meantime you can clean with a damp cloth mushrooms and diced you them.
In a pan heat the oil with a clove of garlic which then shall clear away: pour the mushrooms and cook over high heat so that the water evaporates; Add salt and pepper and cook for about 20 minutes.
When cooked, place the mushrooms sautéed on a serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley, arrange the slices of beef on the plate and serve.
