Wash the rectangular blooms and boil them in salted water.
Drain the Peeled tomatoes tooth.
slice and cook for 10 minutes in a pan with the garlic, mint, Bacon cut into cubes and oil.
Add the rectangular blooms to tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the pretzels, pepateli and add the chopped parsley.
Pour the vegetables over bread slices bruscato.
