Cotechino with lentils (Cotechino con le lenticchie)
Instructions
Put the cotechino oval in a saucepan with cold water and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, add the lentils, tomato paste diluted with water, salt, pepper and cook for about 20 minutes.
When cooking place the lentils in a dish by placing the Center sliced cotechino. Serve.

- 750 g of boiled lentils
- 80 g of olive oil
- 1 shallot
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 50 ml water
