Instructions
Cook the sausages.
Spellatelo gently while it is still warm, let it rest 10 minutes, cut into slices.
In another pot, in plenty of cold water, put the lentils, half an onion, a stick of celery, a pinch of salt.
Bring to a boil then simmer 1 hour.
In a pan heat the oil and butter, insaporitevi the advanced half an onion and one stick of celery chopped, add the lentils well drained and cook over low heat stirring.
Add salt and pepper.
Put them on a serving dish and sprinkle over the slices of cotechino.
