Instructions
Coarsely chopped walnuts (the original recipe uses American ones called ' pecan ').
Melt the butter in a Bain-Marie together with shredded chocolate.
Worked then the along with the whisk until it becomes creamy, then add the eggs, one at a time, the sugar, the flour is sifted down from sieved and chopped walnuts.
Grease and flour a rectangular mold, edges pour the prepared dough and pass in the oven at 175 degrees for 45 minutes.
Baked, put the cake on a wire rack, allow to cool and then cut into regular squares to get the crispy crust and soft interior.
Serve for breakfast or for a snack.
