Brownies
Instructions
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a Bain-Marie.
Remove from heat, add sugar and allow to cool.
Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring with a wooden spoon until it is all well mounted, or blend with electric mixer.
Add flour and nuts and mix until well combined.
Line buttered baking tray aluminium, pour the mixture and bake in the oven already warm for about half an hour at moderate heat.
Remove from oven, let cool and cut square shaped cookies.

- 100 g of butter
- 50 G = = Chocolate
- 220 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 140 g of flour
- 100 g of chopped walnuts
