Instructions
Wash small Zucchini and cook whole steam for 10 minutes.
Let them cool a little, then oliatele on the surface and removed from each with a knife slice thinly lengthwise.
Add salt to taste.
Inserted into slits so obtained the strips of goat cheese or other mild cheese such as mozzarella, or tofu.
Add a bit of mint or basil, sprinkled with a little olive oil and freshly ground pepper.
Wrap each Zucchini with a piece of baking paper and cook on the grill 5 minutes per side.
Serve immediately in their bag.

- 8 small zucchini and fresh
- 100 g of goat cheese cut into thick strips
- 1 pinch of fresh mint (or basil)
- 1 thread of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
