Orecchiette with broccoli and shrimp
Instructions
Clean and wash the broccoli, hack the stem and cook in salted water.
Leave it to drain underdone and allow it to cool on a plane.
In a soutè Brown garlic with a drizzle of olive oil, add the broccoli cut very roughly and then the shrimp.
Skip all few seconds then add the fumet, the julienned tomatoes and salt and pepper as needed.
Drain the pasta al dente, make her jump with the newly obtained sauce and serve immediately.
