Spaghetti with colatura
Instructions
Bring to a boil a pan of salted water and cook just al dente spaghetti.
Meanwhile Brown the cloves of garlic in olive oil with chopped chili.
Drain the spaghetti and toss with the sauce, combine the anchovies and pouring fresh parsley finely crushed.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons of anchovy colatura
- Garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
- Hot pepper
