Scaloppine wine
Instructions
Flour the meat slices and put them in a pan in which they were brought to the right temperature two tablespoons of olive oil and a large knob of butter with a pinch of thyme.
They are golden on one side, and on the other hand, add salt, pepper and blends them with wine.
Serve with mashed potatoes in the oven.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of beef slices
- 20 cl of marsala wine (or vin santo)
- Flour
- 1 pinch of thyme
- Big walnut 1 of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Green pepper
