Clean the broccoli, wash and boil them for a quarter of an hour in salted water.
In a saucepan heat a few tablespoons of olive oil and Brown the garlic cloves with a bit of chilli.
Add the anchovies and de-boned water, mash with a fork until dissolved completely.
Remove garlic and add the broccoli.
Stir and let stand for a quarter of an hour.
Served piping hot.
