The queens cauliflower
Instructions
Nectar cauliflower, depriving it of its leaves and core material, break it up into florets and cook al dente in salted water, then blow it up with garlic, oil, ciauscolo crumbled.
With butter, flour, cauliflower cooking water to prepare a bechamel and incorporate the Saffron.
Boil the cauliflower, toss with Queens and coat with the sauce.
