Green beans and potatoes
Instructions
In a large pot boil water.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
Clean green beans and boil them in salted water.
About halfway through the cooking, add the potatoes, chopped Bacon and aromatic herbs (mint leaves are crushed).
Bring cooking, doing enough to dry the cooking.
Serve the food tepid.

- 1000 g of green beans
- 120 g of bacon
- 300 g of potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 3 leaves basil, chopped
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- Leaves 2 of mint
- Salt
