Bread and bacon soup
Instructions
Slice the onion and chop the bacon and place them in a saucepan.
Cook until the onion is browned and fat almost completely melted.
Bring to a boil the broth.
Slice the bread.
In 4 holsters place the slices of bread, bacon and onion dressing, 2 ladles of boiling broth, a bit of butter and Parmesan cheese.
Serve very hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 g of bacon
- 20 g of butter
- 2 baguettes (french bread)
- 1 onion
- 100 cl of broth
- Grated parmesan cheese
