Goulash Soup (Zuppa di Gulasch)
Instructions
Slice an onion and Brown in a spoonful of lard, add 300 g of diced beef and Brown on all sides.
Season with salt and paprika.
Cover flush with warm water and Cook Sweet flame.
Almost finished cooking add 2 potatoes cut into chunks and a ripe tomato.
Add more hot water, add salt and pour in 200 g of fresh egg pasta, cut into small squares, boiled and drained.
Serve piping hot.
