Goulash soup
Instructions
Put the onion in a pan with a little oil and meat and simmer slowly.
Add the wine, and when this has been absorbed, add the diced chopped vegetables (except potatoes), a tablespoon of flour and 3 tablespoons paprika.
Add water and let it boil over low heat.
When carrots are cooked, add potatoes and ultimate always low heat cooking.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of beef cut into small pieces
- 500 g of onion
- 2 carrots
- 3 stalks of celery
- 4 potatoes
- 1 glass of black wine
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 3 tablespoons of paprika
