Curried bean soup
Instructions
Cook 100 g of dried beans, already soaked with 2 Bay leaves and 1 onion cut into 4 parts.
Drain the beans and sift through them, add 3 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons margarine and their cooking broth.
Add salt, pepper and heat the puree, stirring often.
Brown in 1 tablespoon of margarine, 1 chopped red pepper, 1 clove and 1 tsp of crushed curry.
Pour this mixture into mashed beans and serve.

- 100 g of already soaked dried beans
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 chopped chili
- 1 clove pounded
- 1 tablespoon of curry
