Courgettes with cheese
Instructions
Wash and dry the courgettes and thickly thick slices 1/2 cm.
Remove the crust to caciocavallo and slice it into slices about 1 cm thick.
Mince the parsley.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees; grease the bottom of a baking dish and arrange the zucchini slices to form a single layer.
Cover Zucchini with a layer of cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
Continue alternating until the ingredients, ending with cheese.
Shelled eggs and beat them 30 seconds, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture on the baking sheet by distributing it well so that it penetrates deep.
Put in oven and cook 15 minutes, baked and served warm.

- 600 g of zucchini
- 6 eggs
- 200 g of caciocavallo cheese (or cheese mozzarella well drained)
- 2 sprigs of parsley (or if using basil mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sprinkling 1 of pepper
