Courgettes with cheese (2)
Instructions
Check the zucchini and cook for 5 minutes in salted water; then cut them in half and svuotatele.
On a plate place the zucchini pulp, a little bread crumbs, parmesan, chopped hard-boiled egg and salt; stir well and then fill the zucchini with the mixture.
Arranged above each of them a strip of fontina, olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Place the zucchini in a pan greased with oil and bake for 10 minutes.

- 600 g of zucchini
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- == 1 hard-boiled egg
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
