Fried pumpkin alla siciliana
Instructions
Peel the pumpkin using a sharp knife, remove the seeds and cut regular slices and thin.
In a saucepan heat oil and FRY without flour, pumpkin slices.
When they are cooked, drain and posatele on a piece of paper towel to get rid of the anointed.
Put the pan on the heat and sprinkle the squash with a little vinegar.
Add a pinch of salt and sugar and some chopped mint leaves.
Let flavour.
If you like you can also add a little chopped garlic.
