Fried pumpkin flowers
Instructions
In a bowl mix the flour, salt, egg yolks, half a glass of milk.
Mix well, adding more milk if necessary to get a batter rather smooth.
Wash the Zucchini Flowers and dry them gently, taking care not to break them.
Snow firmly mounted egg whites and blend the batter: soak the flowers, making sure to soak them evenly with batter.
Heat the oil and sauté the courgette flowers: must be very crispy.
Wipe the excess oil, add salt and serve immediately.

- 16 pumpkin flowers rather large
- 1 glass of milk
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of white flour
- Salt
