Sausage with cabbage
Instructions
Peel the cabbage, cut into strips, season both in a pan with oil, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, covered, for an hour.
At the last minute sprinkle the vinegar, stir, remove the vegetables from the bowl and arrange on a serving dish.
Dip the sausages in the boiling water for 10 minutes, drain them, put them on a bed of cabbage and serve.
Accompanying wines: beer type Weiss; Prosecco Di Conegliano DOC, Kind Of "Bubbly" Colli Tortonesi DOC.
