Instructions
Prepare the vegetables into small pieces and form a multi-layered bed with, in order: potatoes, tomatoes, Zucchini and black olives.
Add salt, pepper and olive oil and oregano, then place the Pan in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Prepare the artichokes cut thin for their length.
Clean and season the sea bass (Squamata).
Place the artichokes over cooking vegetables and sea bass, Cook for 25-28 minutes at the same temperature.
Serve with a drizzle of raw oil and oregano to dusting.
