Instructions

Crush a little shallot, put it in a bottle with the laurel wreath and vinegar and leave to infuse for at least 10 days.

Filter the vinegar and imbottigliarlo.

The shallot vinegar can be used to season Greens and tomato salads, for brines and marinated dishes.

It is also excellent mixed to mayonnaise.
