Instructions
Beat the slices and keep it for about 2 hours and 30 minutes in marinade of lemon juice and garlic, rivoltandole sometimes.
Saute in oil and butter the slices of meat and Brown live heat.
Lower the heat, pour in the marinade, season with salt and pepper and sweet fire, complete cooking.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes.
