Provencal beef
Instructions
Prepare a garlic chopped very fine.
Add salt, pepper and flour the chops, browned them in a little oil on both sides, then sprinkle with the chopped garlic, cover with the wine and cook until the juices evaporate.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and arrange over the meat.
Sprinkle with oregano, cook covered for a few minutes and serve.

- 4 veal chops
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- Little of olive oil
- Garlic
- Oregano
- Flour
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
