Baked vegetables
Instructions
Dry chopped onion with 4 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper.
In a greased baking dish arrange layers vegetables washed and sliced sprinkling each layer with parsley and dill, salt and pepper.
Finally, the onion, pour some boiling broth and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan.

- 4 potatoes
- 4 zucchini
- 2 eggplant
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Broth
- Chopped dill
- Salt
- Pepper
