Scrambled eggs with gruyere
Instructions
Coarsely grate the Gruyère with a grater with holes.
Cut two slices of bread, abbrustolirle under the grill of the oven, sprinkle with a little olive oil, ground pepper and place them in a serving portion.
Heat a nonstick frying pan with a little olive oil, sprinkled with a brush.
When it is hot, break the eggs into it and mix with a wooden spoon.
Add a pinch of salt, the gruyère (keeping aside a little for garnish) and ground pepper.
Stir from time to time, to turn the eggs and mix with cheese.
Cook until desired consistency.
Divide scrambled eggs in dishes, covering part of the bread.
Combine the grated gruyère kept aside, other grated pepper and serve immediately.

- 80 g of gruyère cheese
- 2 slices of bread
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Minced 2 of pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of climbs
